About Me
Dr. Nambiar is the winner of the Best Community Leader Award at the 7th FOMAA Global Family Convention, Cancun, in recognition of his Outstanding Dedication and Service to the North American Malayalee Community. Dr. Nambiar is currently serving as the Regional Vice-President of the FOMAA Capital Region (Region 5). In 2020-2022, Dr. Nambiar served as the National Committee member of FOMAA and became very popular for his humbleness, friendly nature and hard work. He is also one of the most energetic and vibrant budding leaders of FOMAA.
Achievments
Serving as the Regional Vice-President of FOMAA Capital Region. Served as FOMAA National Committee member 2020-22, coordinated numerous programs, and was invited by FOMAA leaders to serve in the National Executive Committee.

> · Secretary of the FOMAA Capital Region 2020 – 2022 and organized the best Mayookham beauty pageant Awards with Actress Geetha.

> · President of KAGW in 2022 and organized hundreds of programs including new initiatives to bring college students & newly employed youth.

> · Served as President-Elect, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Financial Chair, Facilities Chair, in the Pioneers committee, and so on.

> · Served as the Finance Committee Chair, and organized the KAGW Talent Time uniquely as FOMAA-KAGW Talent Time.

> · Hosted megastar R. Madhavan, Soorya Krishnamoorthy,

> · Hosted Sheeba Ameer and Gopinath Muthukad for Thangum Thanalum Charity program.

> · President of the Nair Society of Greater Washington (NSGW) in 2015. Served on the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and currently serving as the Financial Committee Chair.

> · President of the Maryland Strikers Soccer Club Inc. which is now a 501(c)(3) organization and organized the first Capital Cup Soccer Tournament in 2024.

> · Coordinated the first FOMAA Summer to Kerala program (2 weeks) in 2015.
